Chelsea Parham comes from a long line of law enforcement, dating back to the 1960s with her grandfather who ultimately retired as a police chief, and continuing on with her own law enforcement path as a 911 dispatcher. In her tenure, she has served two counties over 13 years and has expanded her love and care for law enforcement through the Blue Belles and Operation Juice Box.
Operation Juice Box is Chelsea’s non-profit organization that she founded in 2016 after an ambush in Dallas, Texas that left 12 officers wounded and five dead. The news of that ambush came on the heels of others in the wake of strong, racially charged protests against law enforcement. She wanted to do something to change the social climate toward law enforcement and thought change would be more ripe to happen with the youngest generation. Her idea to provide an opportunity for a positive first contact with law enforcement by giving juice boxes to law enforcement officers on the streets to give to the kids in their beats has proven successful, with 7,346 juice boxes handed out to date.
Outside of law enforcement, Chelsea is a loving and patient wife and mother of two beautiful ninja girls, who, in their own right, kick butt and take names on the mat. She is also very active in her church, enjoys camping with her friends, loves reading, wine, and traveling abroad. She has a very busy social calendar, but loves every moment of it.
